B&B Fisherman's Rest (Doolin).

Danny and Mairéad opened their bed and breakfast accommodation in Doolin in 1995. Now a family of five, their three daughters lend a helping hand with the running of their Bed & Breakfast. While Mairéad works outside the home for a few days a week, Danny has assumed his role as a houseman admirably. He was a fisherman for many years, just like his forefathers, hence the name for the Bed & Breakfast. We'd like to think of Danny and Mairéad as the most adorable couple on the planet.

McDermott's Pub (Doolin):

The Pub has been in the McDermott family since 1867. They have live traditional music every night from early spring to late autumn and on weekend's throughout the Winter months. McDermott's Pub was awarded the Traditional Irish Music Pub of the Year 2002. Many famous Musicians have played here over the years including Josephine Marsh, Mary Custy, Sharron Shannon and Luka Bloom to name but a few.

Burren Wellness (Lisdoonvarna)

The Burren Wellness Centre was designed and built by Helga Himmelsbach and opened in February 2000.Helga came to the Burren over 20 years ago and has made it her home. Initially trained in Germany, she branched out and studied all over the world. She has been a therapist for more than 25 years now and a teacher for more than 10.

Gus O'Connors Pub (Doolin)

Doolin is the most famous 'town' in Ireland for listening to good traditional Irish music and you'll get unique selection of musicians at Gus' The pub was first established in 1832 and there's something marvelously atmospheric about this place which lures visitors into a long and lingering visit.
